Delete your account and data

You can delete a CopyBook household at any time, together with everything it holds. This page explains both ways to do it and exactly what is removed.

The fastest way — inside the app

Open CopyBook on the main parent device.
Go to Settings.
Choose Delete this household.
Enter your parent PIN, then your account password to confirm.

If you cannot reach the app

Email privacy@copybook.app from the email address the household was registered with, using the subject Delete my account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, and write back when it is done.

What gets deleted

All of it, and it cannot be undone.

The parent account, sign-in details and parent PIN
Every child profile — name, date of birth, school and standard
All practice answers, scores, minutes and progress history
Every photographed page and every piece of written work
All generated worksheets and reports
Every paired device is signed out and forgotten

Nothing is kept back for a retention period. Records are removed rather than marked deleted. Anonymous, non-identifying operational logs may persist briefly in ordinary server logs before rotating out.

Deleting one child rather than the whole household

If you only want to remove a single child, you can do that in the app without deleting the household — open Settings, then remove that child's profile. Their work and photographs go with them.
